A few months after Facebook announced "Operation Developer Love (http://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/417/), I reported a bug I had found in the API. Their first response was to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about, and that is was functioning fine. After explaining myself better, they finally admitted it was a bug... and promptly informed me they would be marking it as WONTFIX because they didn't feel like addressing it at the time. Lost two days of work because of that bug, and they don't want to fix it... that's love for you.
