So when do you know/can people apply? It'd be useful for me to know ASAP, because asa non-american, it takes some time to get there.

I'm going through and responding to the latest set of applications now. I expect to get back to everyone by early afternoon, and Dave and I will set up meetings with everyone who seems promising ASAP.
