How is this not censorship?


Maybe Apple have their own video showing how to game their site and this other one is a bit too similar?


exactly - it is censorship - the issue is in using copyright infringement as a way of censoring things you don't like.

Needless to say I don't like this (IMHO companies should be obliged to pay for wrongly accusing something of copyright infringement [the same for invalidated patents])
